- Pre-contractual measures; the form is received by our server (Google Cloud, EU) and the e-mail is delivered by the Websupport mail server

Measuring site traffic (Google Analytics 4)
Cookie identifier, IP address, on-site behaviour

Recipients and transfers outside the EU
We share data only with processors acting on our behalf: Websupport, s. r. o. (delivery of the form e-mail), Google Ireland Limited (form server, Analytics, Ads) and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta Pixel). If you select “Show map” on the Contact section, the map is loaded from Google Ireland Limited (Google Maps) — Google then processes your IP address and may set cookies; without that click no map is loaded. Transfers to third countries are based on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right:
- to access the data we process about you,
- to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data,
- to erasure once the data is no longer needed for the stated purpose,
- to restriction of processing,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- to portability of the data you provided to us,
- to withdraw consent to analytics and marketing cookies at any time.

You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
