Express transport with no transhipment

When a shipment cannot wait, it is loaded directly and delivered without transhipment — across the European Union and into Switzerland. Express enquiries are handled first and the quote follows within 2 hours.

When express transport makes sense

A production line at a standstill

A missing part holding up production. We start looking for a vehicle immediately and load as soon as the goods are ready.

Claims and follow-up deliveries

Shipments to a customer that have to leave today for you to keep a promised date.

Field service

Spare parts and equipment to a technician already waiting on site.

Tight deadlines and penalties

Deliveries with an agreed penalty for delay, where the freight rate is the smaller problem.

How an express transport runs

1

Priority enquiry

Call dispatch or send the form with a note that it is express. We need the addresses, dimensions, weight and the earliest possible loading time.

2

Finding a vehicle

We search the carrier network immediately and come back with the real loading time and the expected delivery.

3

Direct run

The shipment goes straight through, with no transhipment and no groupage line. On long routes a double crew is arranged where the carrier can provide one.

4

Delivery and confirmation

Delivery is confirmed right after unloading, together with the signed CMR consignment note and delivery notes.

Vehicles, loading and the quote

Vehicles
Van, rigid truck or semi-trailer by volume; for small shipments a van is the fastest.
Loading
Outside ordinary hours and at weekends too, if your shipping department is available.
Transhipment
None — the shipment stays on one vehicle from loading to delivery.
Quote
Within 2 hours of the enquiry; express enquiries are handled first.
Updates
One dispatch contact reporting loading, progress and delivery.

The real delivery time is confirmed from the route and the capacity available — we do not promise a slot no carrier has confirmed.

Price, documents and insurance

Express transport costs more than a planned one, because what is paid for is the availability of a vehicle and a direct run with no other cargo on board. The offer always states the final amount — no surcharges arriving afterwards.

Every shipment travels with a signed CMR consignment note and delivery notes; delivery is confirmed by phone or e-mail right after unloading.

The carrier's liability is covered under the CMR convention, limited to 8.33 SDR per kilogram of the shipment. Consequential loss from stopped production is not covered, so for critical deliveries we would rather plan a time buffer.
